If you are interested in placing an ad on NyTheatreReviews.com, please carefully review the instructions below.

#1. Send an email to Info@nytheatrereviews.com with the subject line ADVERTISING. Please include the following information:

a. Name of producing organzation (ncluding all contact information)

b. Name, email address, and phone number of contact person.

c. Requested ad slot(s) - detailed in diagram below.

d. Dates requested for placement of ad on site.

e. Artwork or graphics to be placed on site - specifications detailed below.

f. Website address that your graphic or ad will be directed.

2. Upon reciept, you will be sent a confirmation email informing you as to whether your requested dates and slots are open. From there, you will be sent t our parent company's website where you can conveniently pay for your ad using cash, check, or credit card. Please note: ALL ads must be paid for in advance at the time of confirmation. Without full payment, your dates and ad slots will not be reserved for you.

3. Once the payment is received, you will receive an additional email confirming your transaction and reserved ad space. If there are any problems with the artwork, you will be contacted, otherwise, your ad will run as planned.
